Chicken with Vegetables

I love this recipe, not only is it healthy but it is really goood. If you like vegetables, this one is for you. I often make it with the fat free soup and it turns out great.



Place chicken breasts or tenders in a casserole dish.

Salt and pepper the chicken and add your favorite vegetables. Mine are: celery, carrots, green pepper, onions, and mushrooms



Add one can of diced tomatoes and a can of cream of mushroom soup.



Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over rice. Salt and Pepper to taste.
