Turkey Phillies

These are one of my very favorite sandwiches. Everytime we have them I think, why don't we have these way more often. I think they are the perfect Friday or Saturday night meal, they are so yummy that I am not tempted in the least to go out to eat which is always a good thing.
(this recipe makes too much for most so adjust for your needs)

6 bakery sub rolls
melted butter
1 pound sliced turkey
Provolone cheese, sliced
2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
vegetable oil
seasoned salt
shredded lettuce
tomato slices
mayonaise

Slice sub rolls and brush with melted butter. Place under broiler until lightly browned. Warm electric skilled to medium/high heat and add oil. Saute vegetables and turkey in oil and season with seasoned salt. When veggies are crisp-tender separate mixture into servings. Place provolone cheese slices on until melted. Put mayo on roll then turkey/veggie on the mayo. Top with lettuce and tomato.
