I have a sister in law that went to Culinary school and was a professional pastry chef. Needless to say, she has fantastic recipes and is very talented. She has a cooking blog with some great recipes on it. This is one of my very favorites I have gotten from her. This makes any taco salad or navajo taco even better.Cilantro Salad Dressing
1 bunch of cilantro
3/4 c. salsa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
juice of 1/2 a lime
salt & pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor in the order listed.
