Broccoli Garlic & Chicken Penne
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups broccoli florets
4 1/2 cups penne pasta , cooked and drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded or 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat the broth, basil, pepper, garlic and broccoli in a large skillet to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add the pasta, lemon juice, and chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle the pasta mixture with the cheese.
