Hawaiian Haystacks

This is one of our favorite meals, I love the mixture of all the vegetables. It is so fresh and healthy tasting. Sometimes I just make some chicken gravy from a packet, which is less fattening, but when we want the really good and "fancy" haystacks this is what we have. This recipe came from my cousin, Julie. Thanks Julie, we LOVE this!

Hawaiian Haystacks

4 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 soup can full of milk
16 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder

Heat mixture through on medium low heat. Serve over white rice.

Top as desired:
Cheddar Cheese
Celery
Pineapple
Tomatoes
Sliced almonds
Chinese noodles
Coconut
Green onions
Black olives
Green bell pepper
