How many times have you been mixing pudding or the powdered sugar while making frosting to have it splatter all over yourself and the kitchen? Me? Too many times to count. Here is a super easy tip that will solve that problem. You can use parchment paper, wax paper or paper towels. Just poke the beaters of your mixer through it and make a "cover" for the bowl.
Without this, I could never let my little ones help with this kind of mixing. Look how happy someone looks to be mixing the pudding! She didn't make a single splash and was so proud to be helping.
